DayZ whitelist and support roadmap

Supporter tiers, whitelist handling, and future moderation tooling are being wired into the shared NADM platform instead of another disconnected stack.

The DayZ store and whitelist flows are being prepared on top of the shared NADM identity layer. That lets the branch reuse one account system while still keeping RP-specific entitlements and moderation rules separate.
